Data MarTech Specialist - Banking (35k)
My client is a leading bank with a huge database. They are seeking someone to have sound understanding on data structure and MarTech tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather data requirements.
- Operate and manage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) on GCP.
- Handle customer data including behavioral footprint and profile data from internal databases.
- Set up and maintain technical data structures and flows within MarTech tools for precise customer segmentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver targeted insights and campaigns.
- Assist in the setup and workflow design of new MarTech tools and data pipelines.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of data structures and data flow architecture.
- Experience working with customer data and segmentation.
- Ability to manage technical MarTech tools (CDPs, optimization tools) and integrate data sources.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.
- Experience with SQL, GCP, or other cloud technologies (conceptual understanding is sufficient)
- Familiarity with paid media platforms is a plus.
