Data Business Analyst ( 50 - 55k p/month, HK corp )

A leading real estate corporation in Hong Kong seeks a Data Business Analyst to drive data transformation, deliver actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and strategic priorities
• Drive the business intelligence transformation roadmap by supporting the development of AI-ready analytics architectures and enabling advanced, data-driven decision-making across the organisation
• Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end ETL workflows and data pipelines, ensuring reliable, scalable, high-quality, and cost-efficient data integration and performance
• Lead initiatives to establish analytics best practices by building a community of excellence, promoting knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvement across teams
• Champion a data-driven culture by delivering training, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and communicating complex technical insights to support collaboration and informed business decisions

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with proven experience in business analysis, data requirements gathering, and analytics delivery
• Strong expertise in Power BI, data modelling, ETL processes, and performance tuning to develop scalable, high-performing business intelligence solutions
• Experience working within enterprise data environments, applying data governance principles to ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance
• Proven ability to support business intelligence transformation initiatives, including AI-ready analytics and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience delivering training, driving knowledge sharing, and fostering a data-driven culture
