AI Architecture Lead (Fintech)

• Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business goals and digital transformation priorities.
• Establish AI software engineering standards and drive adoption of AI-assisted development frameworks to improve productivity and delivery velocity.
• Design, build, and oversee scalable, secure, and reliable AI platforms that support enterprise-wide AI and agent integration.
• Lead the implementation of advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered developer tools and platforms to enhance coding, testing, deployment, and software delivery processes.
• Establish LLMOps and AgentOps standards to manage AI model lifecycles, deployment, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory, risk management, and data protection requirements.
• Lead architecture governance forums and provide technical leadership for AI-related initiatives across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI platforms, and third-party solutions to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Conduct vendor assessments and technology due diligence for AI-related investments and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to prioritize AI initiatives and promote AI literacy across the enterprise.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from strategy and design to implementation and production operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field is advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
• Proven track record of implementing enterprise-grade AI platforms within regulated industries such as banking, financial services, fintech, or large-scale enterprises.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Strong software engineering background with experience in Python, Java, APIs, microservices, and modern application architectures.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise platforms and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMOps, AgentOps, AI governance, model monitoring, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, privacy regulations, and AI compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and passionate about building innovative, scalable, and reliable AI solutions.
