Data System Analyst x 2 (Pyspark/Databricks, 45K~)

Position A – Data Solution Delivery * Develop data pipelines and perform ETL processes using PySpark * Implement BI and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making Position B – Data Platform * Manage and support the Azure Data Platform and Databricks environment * Enforce data governance and data management standards

• Report to the IT Senior Manager overseeing Data Platform and Business Intelligence initiatives
• Enhance and maintain the Data and BI platforms to support an evolving, data-centric business environment
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with business users, IT application teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver effective data and analytics solutions
• Provide daily BAU support, incident resolution, and platform maintenance
• Develop and enforce technical standards and frameworks for the cloud data platform
• Support the ongoing design, implementation, and improvement of enterprise cloud data capabilities
• Oversee data governance, data quality, metadata management, and related practices

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3years’ hands-on experience in Data Platform, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles
• Proven experience in ETL development, data integration, data pipelines, and data warehouse/data mart implementation using Pyspark or Databricks (MUST have either one)
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data architecture, and best practices in data management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments
