Agentic AI Business Analyst (investment banking)

Job Description

• Perform business analysis for AI initiatives, translating business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Identify and define AI use cases, incorporating them into end‑to‑end business processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including data readiness, operational impact, and risk considerations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to design and implement AI solutions.
• Support AI roadmap development aligned with business strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Participate in UAT, validate AI outputs, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, data governance, and technology risk frameworks.
• Prepare documentation including requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services.
• Experience in technology transformation, AI, data, or automation projects.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Understanding of financial services workflows and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions from a business perspective.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; conversational Mandarin required.
