AI & Automation Specialist (Senior & Junior, 40K)

The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency through innovative automation workflows, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable automation projects.

Responsibility:

• Guide and support the Automation Team, providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and specialists.
• Design and implement scalable automation solutions leveraging Python scripting, RPA platforms like UiPath, and integration with AI tools where applicable.
• Develop reliable automation workflows tailored to specific business needs, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including testing engineers, to create and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Continuously explore ways to improve automation processes and integrate new technologies to optimize workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on application automation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide and smaller automation projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including scripting, API development, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, with the ability to integrate RPA solutions with Python and other tools.
• Leadership experience is a plus; candidates with such background will be considered as Senior.
