Senior Manager – AI Solutions

Lead enterprise AI transformation, delivering scalable solutions, driving adoption, and managing end-to-end programmes to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI strategy and solution delivery aligned with business transformation goals
• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives, from concept validation to deployment and value realization
• Design and shape AI-enabled solutions (e.g., Copilot use cases, RAG models, workflow automation, analytics-driven AI) to solve real business challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Govern programme execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and measurable outcomes are achieved
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation and capability development
• Evaluate vendors and technology partners, ensuring optimal solution selection and delivery standards
• Champion user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement post-deployment

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years in digital transformation, AI programmes, or large-scale technology delivery with proven business impact
• Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and applications (e.g., generative AI, intelligent automation, data-driven solutions)
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle delivery—from ideation to rollout, adoption, and benefits tracking
• Solid leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving capability
• Strong communicaiton skills in English, Chinese/Cantonese is preferred
