AI Product Manager - Technical background preferred

AI Product Manager role , leading AI product lifecycle, aligning business and tech, and delivering scalable data-driven outcomes in banking.

Job duties:

• Own AI product strategy and delivery roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer/advisor needs
• Act as key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (data science, AI engineering, UX)
• Define product requirements, support PoC/prototyping, and guide solution design for AI initiatives
• Drive end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, ensuring scalability and business impact
• Track product performance using KPIs (e.g. model accuracy, ROI, adoption)
• Collaborate across CRM, analytics, compliance, and front-office teams to deliver data-driven solutions
• Ensure governance, regulatory, and control standards are embedded in AI product lifecycle
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in AI product delivery

Job requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
• 5+ years in product management, data analytics, or AI-related roles, preferably in banking/fintech
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g. NLP, LLMs, RAG, vector databases)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and prototyping platforms (e.g. Figma)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to drive consensus
• Commercial mindset with ability to link AI solutions to business outcomes
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
