Business Analyst - Data Product (data mapping/schema design)

Join our client as a Business Analyst - Data Product (Gen AI/LLM) to shape cutting-edge data solutions in the financial services domain. Collaborate with stakeholders, validate knowledge graphs, and ensure seamless integration of AI-driven insights into banking policies.

Job Duties:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine ontologies representing banking policies.
2. Validate automated data extraction from unstructured policy documents for accuracy and compliance.
3. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements effectively.
4. Design and execute test plans for SPARQL or Cypher-based queries to ensure data accuracy and performance.
5. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and gather feedback to improve graph features and querying capabilities.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in financial services.
2. Knowledge Graph Expertise: Familiarity with concepts like Ontologies, RDF/OWL, Property Graphs, and tools such as Protege, GraphDB, or Neo4j.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in query languages (SPARQL, Cypher, SQL) and ability to interpret LLM outputs and schemas/data models.
4. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking/financial policy documentation is highly preferred.
5. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
