Gen AI Product Manager (Investment Bank) - 120k

A leading global investment bank is seeking a Generative AI Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-powered Knowledge Graph platform in Hong Kong.

This contract role runs until the end of 2026 and sits at the intersection of business and technology, transforming unstructured data into structured, searchable knowledge assets. You will collaborate across AI engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and advanced decision-support capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

As Generative AI Product Manager – Knowledge Graph Platform, you will define and deliver the roadmap for an enterprise-scale AI knowledge graph solution that converts unstructured data into structured, actionable insights.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for an AI-driven, agentic pipeline that transforms unstructured data into structured graph-based knowledge, entities, and relationships
• Feature Development: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver impactful product features
• Prioritisation & Delivery: Partner with product owners and use-case owners to prioritise backlog items and features, making informed trade-offs to accelerate business time-to-value
• Agile Delivery & Team Orchestration: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to ensure strong execution and alignment
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, AI engineers, data scientists, and developers, aligning technical capabilities with real-world business needs
• Stakeholder Translation: Convert complex business and technical concepts into shared understanding across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making
• Governance & Risk Management: Embed AI governance, data privacy, model controls, and quality standards into the product roadmap, including safeguards against hallucinations and ensuring data lineage and auditability
• Quality & Knowledge Assurance: Define and support validation frameworks that ensure accuracy, reliability, and traceability of extracted knowledge, supporting scalable and trusted enterprise adoption

Candidate profile:

You are an experienced AI product leader with strong technical fluency, agile delivery expertise, and a proven ability to manage complex data-driven platforms in enterprise environments.

• Experience: 8+ years in technical product management, ideally delivering AI, ML, or data-intensive products in enterprise environments
• Agile & SDLC Expertise: Strong command of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and product prioritisation frameworks to drive structured delivery
• Delivery Tools: Proven experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills with a track record of running effective Agile ceremonies
• AI/ML & Data Expertise: Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG/GraphRAG systems, NLP, and vector databases supporting advanced AI product development
• Knowledge Graph & Agentic AI: Experience with Knowledge Graphs (e.g., Neo4j) and semantic technologies (RDF, OWL), plus familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph
• AI Lifecycle Understanding: Knowledge of AI-driven knowledge graph construction, including ontology design, expansion, population, refinement, and validation processes
• Impact & Scaling Capability: Ability to deliver quick wins through focused use cases and scale solutions enterprise-wide, while ensuring quality, reliability, and auditable, up-to-date knowledge systems through strong validation and versioning practices
