Director of Digital Enterprise Solutions & AI

A global organisation seeks a Director of Digital Enterprise Solutions and AI to lead global digital transformation and drive scalable, AI-enabled enterprise solutions in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

As Director of Digital Enterprise Solutions and AI, you will lead global digital transformation by delivering integrated enterprise systems, AI-driven automation, and scalable ERP and analytics solutions.

Enterprise Solutions & Digital Transformation

• Lead global strategy and delivery of enterprise solutions across finance, supply chain, operations, and sales
• Translate business needs into scalable, integrated digital solutions enabling efficiency and data-driven decisions
• Define architecture standards, principles, and best practices
• Drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement

ERP & Core Business Systems

• Own and optimise NetSuite ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, O2C, P2P, and Inventory
• Standardise ERP processes while supporting regional requirements
• Drive automation, process simplification, and data quality for analytics and AI readiness

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Identify and prioritise AI and automation use cases across forecasting, finance, supply chain, and sales
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled ERP, analytics, and workflow automation tools
• Define AI use cases, KPIs, and governance with business stakeholders
• Ensure responsible AI deployment with strong data, security, and compliance controls
• Track emerging AI technologies and translate into scalable business applications

Digital Platforms & Analytics

• Enable low-code automation and insights using Power Platform, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Ensure enterprise data models support analytics and AI consumption
• Oversee system integrations via APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions

Supervisory

• Provide technical leadership across development, testing, and deployment
• Lead ERP and digital teams, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Conduct performance reviews and support capability growth and team effectiveness

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as advisor to senior leaders on ERP, digital, and AI solutions
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and technology partners
• Lead cross-functional global initiatives in a matrix environment with strong influence

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring expertise in enterprise applications, strong ERP experience, and proven ability to deliver AI-enabled digital transformation in global environments.

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise applications, solution architecture, or digital transformation
• Strong ERP expertise; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in automation, analytics, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions
• Ability to evaluate and operationalise AI in real-world business use cases
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data architecture
• Strong business acumen; able to translate needs into scalable digital solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in global environments

Preferred

• Experience with AI copilots, intelligent automation, or embedded AI in ERP/BI tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or analytics ecosystems
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or global operations environments
