A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a highly dependable Executive Assistant to support Senior Management.

You will play a key role across IT, banking, asset management, and finance functions. This position offers flexible working opportunities and a collaborative; supportive workplace focused on professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative and business support to the Senior Management, including calendar and travel management across regions.
  • Proactively manage complex calendars; scheduling local and international meetings and calls, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings; prepare minutes, reports, meeting materials, and agendas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage office operation, vendor and facilities management

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in related discipline
  • At least 7 years or above experience in supporting senior executives, preferably in finance industry
  • Ability to prioritise under tight time constraints and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). Fluent in English are preferable
  • A mature, reliable, and presentable individual with a strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and polished professional presence
