Admin Assistant
A financial institution seeks an Administrative Assistant to support office and marketing operations in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support office operations, marketing coordination, events, and administrative activities.
Office Administration
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination with external service providers
- Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and related logistics arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and general office enquiries professionally
Marketing Team Support
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa applications where required
- Process and monitor expense claims accurately in line with internal policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, events, and client engagement initiatives
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to support teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- 2–3 years’ administrative experience within a corporate environment; exposure to banking or financial services is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred
- Well-organised with the ability to multitask and thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment
