Executive assistant / Personal Assistant (Multiple openings)
A prestigious multinational organisation is seeking experienced Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, including the CEO, within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders by managing schedules, coordinating travel logistics, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties for business and personal matters
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including all meetings, site visits, and end-to-end travel arrangement
- Experienced in VIP client reception, data analysis, presentations, and office operations
- Prioritise inquiries and requests proactively while troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
Candidate profile:
To thrive in this role, you will bring extensive experience supporting top-tier executives within multinational companies or family offices.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong written communication skills in Chinese and English; fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficient in MS Office with attention to detail and discretion
