Our client is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to their Regional President.

What you'll do:

  • Manage scheduling: Oversee calendar management, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare professional documents: Draft, edit, and refine communications, presentations, and reports.

  • Handle communications: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence efficiently.

  • Act as a key liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Regional President and executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

  • Enhance collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and teamwork within the executive leadership team.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
