Personal Assistant | 50K | to Chairman
Our client is a private family office who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Personal Assistant
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar management, meeting coordination, review vendor contract and travel arrangements.
- Organize and oversee events including luncheons, dinners, outgoing activities, family gatherings and trips; support and organize children activities.
- Plan and organize travel and holiday arrangements, itineraries and schedules.
Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience to be presonal assistant.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills

Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized

Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
