Personal Assistant - Financial Services

This role requires managing both professional and personal matters, demanding exceptional attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities

What you'll do:

  • Manage an active calendar of appointments, compose correspondence, arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
  • Act as a liaison among different teams, functions, vendors, and external partners
  • Manage and organise files, documents and databases
  • Carry out special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as directed by management
  • Assist in coordinating activities between Hong Kong, mainland China, and international offices
  • Track project timelines and follow up on action items
  • Manage personal appointments and commitments for the Chairman
  • Handle personal correspondence and communications
  • Coordinate educational and cultural activities

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and international mindset
