Personal Assistant - Financial Services
This role requires managing both professional and personal matters, demanding exceptional attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
What you'll do:
- Manage an active calendar of appointments, compose correspondence, arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
- Act as a liaison among different teams, functions, vendors, and external partners
- Manage and organise files, documents and databases
- Carry out special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as directed by management
- Assist in coordinating activities between Hong Kong, mainland China, and international offices
- Track project timelines and follow up on action items
- Manage personal appointments and commitments for the Chairman
- Handle personal correspondence and communications
- Coordinate educational and cultural activities
What you bring:
- Minimum 2 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Cultural sensitivity and international mindset
