The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage various club memberships, oversee property maintenance, and supervise supporting staff. I

What you'll do:

As a Personal Assistant, your role will be integral to the smooth running of both professional and personal aspects of the CEO's life.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Offer personalised concierge services and manage various club memberships.
  • Handle daily operations for office and household ensuring effectiveness.
  • Organise events including luncheons, dinners, outgoing activities, family gatherings and trips; support and organise children activities.
  • Plan travel and holiday arrangements, itineraries and schedules.
  • Manage works relating to maintenance, renovation, repair and moving of properties.
  • Supervise daily routines of supporting staff including domestic helpers and drivers.
  • Be willing to stand by and provide assistance during evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Perform out of office work upon request.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant position brings a wealth of experience from similar roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably in a family office or high-net-worth environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PPT), TaoBao, and online conferencing software such as Zoom.
