Administration Officer (retail banking)
Successful candidates will be joining the retail banking business to provide full-cycle administrative support.
Principal responsibilities
• Assist Cross Boundary Banking team (CBB) to implement business and customer service strategies to deliver business objectives
• Provide general or administrative support in department/ branch in CBB team
• Perform data consolidation and prepare daily MI reports on key business achievement for Management review.
• Work closely with team/ branch to ensure efficient and courteous service within CBB team
• To assist Operation Manager/ Assistant Area Manager to ensure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimise the risk exposure of bank
Requirements
• Education: Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferable in retail banking business
• Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Good communication skills & being a team player
