A leading global consumer brand is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial eCommerce Sales Manager to drive digital growth across South and North East Asia markets. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded professional ready to lead market entry initiatives and scale established online businesses.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for launching new marketplace operations in Southeast Asia and managing a mature eCommerce business in Northeast Asia. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate regional online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion in Southeast Asia

  • Lead the launch of online sales channels on platforms such as Lazada and Shopee in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Develop localized go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional planning.
  • Manage marketplace operations and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful execution.

Business Ownership in Northeast Asia

  • Take full commercial ownership of an established eCommerce business in East Asia.
  • Drive performance through content optimization, promotional campaigns, and accurate forecasting.
  • Transition operations in-house and implement growth strategies to increase revenue.

Sales Strategy & Performance Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, sales trends, and operational metrics.
  • Prepare monthly business reviews and revenue reports to inform strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and global eCommerce teams to align regional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth execution across markets.


Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace sales within Southeast or Northeast Asia
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling online business units
  • Familiarity with third-party sellers, distributors, or retail platforms
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and any Asian language is a plus
  • Analytical, ambitious, and comfortable taking ownership of regional growth initiatives
