Product Innovation & Analytics Manager (Fashion, APAC)
A leading global lifestyle apparel company is seeking a Product Innovation and Analysis Manager (Fashion) to join their Hong Kong team. Responsibilites:
- Developing and managing best practices and tools for the product team to enhance efficiency across all stages of product development.
- Streamlining business processes to facilitate seamless collaboration between departments such as Product, Design, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product lifecycle activities and drive successful launches.
- Managing sell-in tools including samples and buying systems to support sales initiatives and market entry strategies.
- Analysing data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and obstacles impacting product performance in real time.
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ongoing success of products within the portfolio.
- Working alongside product managers to prioritise initiatives that foster continuous improvement in both process and product outcomes.
- Conducting comprehensive consumer research as well as market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Providing support to customer service teams by addressing product-related issues and incorporating feedback into future improvements.
- Preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders on product performance insights.
Requirement:
- At least 12+ years overall experience in roles focused on analytics, operations or product management—preferably within apparel or consumer goods sectors.
- Demonstrated operational background with a genuine enthusiasm for solving problems collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to execute complex projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication channels.
- Expertise in data analysis with a strong track record of making informed decisions based on quantitative insights.
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals combined with financial acumen and strategic thinking skills relevant to the fashion sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across departments such as Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is highly desirable but not mandatory.
