Our client is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee internal operations and report directly to the co-founder. You will drive process enhancements, implement business strategies, and manage key functions, aiming to bringing the business forward by achieving growth targets.

About the Job

  • Report to co-founder
  • Lead and provide the direction to the internal operations while identifying areas for process enhancement
  • Implement business strategies and plans that align with both short-term and long-term objectives developed in collaboration with co-founder
  • Oversee operations, HR, finance, marketing, and sales management. Also, partner with co-founder in new business opportunities to cope with the near-term growth targets
  • Manage business development teams and expenses proactively to ensure that the company achieves targets for growth and profitability targets.
  • Demonstrate sound decision-making skills, using data-driven insights to guide strategic choices and address challenges effectively.
  • Utilize assessment tools to monitor performance, take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders, both internally and externally.

About the Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant disciplinary
  • 10+ years of experience in executive leadership roles
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrating steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
