Sales Manager ( B2B, Healthcare / Medical )
Our client is looking for International B2B Sales Manager to drive large-volume exports of health and wellness products from Mainland China into key overseas markets: Hong Kong, Singapore.
Roles and Duties:
Market Analysis & Strategy

Conduct comprehensive research to identify leading health and wellness product categories—such as dietary supplements, traditional Chinese medicine, functional foods, and medical devices—across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Develop and implement market-entry and growth strategies based on data-driven insights, including sales channels, pricing trends, and competitive analysis.
B2B Business Development

Identify, qualify, and establish relationships with major institutional buyers, distributors, hospital networks, pharmacies, and wellness chains.

Maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities, leading negotiations and securing high-volume contracts.
International Trade & Regulatory Compliance

Oversee the full export lifecycle, including product registration, licensing, customs clearance, shipping, and delivery.

Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements, such as Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority, Hong Kong’s PHLS, and ASEAN harmonized guidelines.
Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and local sales agents.

Serve as the primary contact for order inquiries, post-sale support, and issue resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with quality assurance, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline production schedules, optimize inventory management, and refine pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years of B2B sales or business development experience in health & wellness, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical exports.
- Proven ability to drive sales within Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of trending product categories, including herbal extracts, immunity boosters, and medical consumables.
- Expertise in international trade regulations, Incoterms, export documentation, and cross-border logistics.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and contract management abilities
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
