Key responsibilities:
• Identify recruitment opportunities by engaging with clients and candidates.
• Build relationships with financial services clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and market trends.
• Manage client roles by creating targeted job ads that attract top talent and head hunting.
• Source, select, and match candidates that matches client's needs.
• Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are briefed and provided feedback.
• Attend tconferences and meetups to expand the network of potential clients and candidates.
