Business Growth Manager(GT, Trade Marketing, FMCG)
We’re looking for a self-driven business lead to champion a fast-growing brand. This role will spearhead growth strategies across diverse retail environments—online, modern trade, and traditional outlets—while acting as a key strategist for all market-facing activity. This is a full-spectrum commercial role with ownership of brand activation, sales execution, and bottom-line performance.
Responsibilities:
- Trade Marketing: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales across all channels.
- Channel Management: Oversee business development initiatives for digital commerce, key accounts, and general trade, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Deliver on assigned sales targets by effectively managing resources and executing strategic plans.
- Independent Execution: Take ownership of projects from conception to execution, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously while achieving targets.
- ATL & BTL Strategies: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively leverage both ATL and BTL tactics to drive business growth.
- P&L Management: Manage the profit and loss for the business unit, ensuring effective control of trade expenses and while maximizing ROI.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams
Knowledge/Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in sales, preferably with KA, GT, Trade management/ working in FMCG industry
- Customer experience within field sales delivering solutions that cover product, placement, promotion and/ or pricing; with a track record of meeting/ exceeding sales objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop long term, effective and influential business relationships with key decision makers which drive mutual growth.
- Ability to assess needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions, overcome objections, with a positive mind-set and close sale to maximize mutual value.
- Experience using and deploying the fundamentals of Category Leadership, drive category growth.
- Good command in English & Mandarin
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and develop and build relationships
