This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships with corporate clients, developing innovative strategies, and driving business growth through tailored solutions such as corporate gifting and event catering.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for acquiring new enterprise clients and sizable customers, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer-centric approaches.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, with a particular focus on securing corporate gift orders, event catering contracts, and other customised offerings.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnership with decision-makers. Driving business through understanding of client needs and consistently providing outstanding service.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts for key accounts, set ambitious yet achievable targets for specific product categories, and ensure these goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing, production, and logistics for order fulfilment and delivery of high-quality products tailored to each client’s requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to gather valuable insights that inform forward-thinking strategic actions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility among key accounts while driving incremental sales growth.
  • Recommend pricing structures based on market intelligence, negotiate terms with clients, finalise agreements, and manage all necessary documentation for successful transactions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding account performance, pipeline development, and emerging opportunities within the corporate segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline is required for this position.
  • A minimum of four years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar management role within the FMCG or food industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing new clients as well as opening up new markets within the B2B space.
  • Exceptional communication skills across English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential; cultural fluency in both Hong Kong and Mainland China is expected.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders while maintaining positive long-term relationships built on trust.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with strategic thinking capabilities that enable you to interpret market data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Self-motivated approach paired with a results-oriented attitude ensures you remain focused on achieving targets without compromising quality or integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues from diverse backgrounds across multiple departments.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders from initial proposal through contract completion is advantageous.
