🚀 About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow Asia business across multiple channels — including retail, e-commerce, and distribution. This is a regional leadership role with direct impact on revenue, market penetration, and customer experience across key markets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive omni-channel sales strategy across SEA markets to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

  • Market Expansion & Business Development Identify new business opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and lead market entry strategies in priority countries.

  • Channel Management Oversee both digital (e-commerce, marketplaces, D2C) and physical (retail, distributor, reseller) channels to maximize customer engagement and sales performance.

  • Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor a regional sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, finance, operations, and HR to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.

  • Performance Monitoring & Market Intelligence Track KPIs, analyze market trends, and refine go-to-market strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Budget & Compliance Oversight Manage regional sales budgets and ensure operations align with local regulations and company policies.

🧠 Requirement:

  • Proven track record in regional sales leadership, ideally within consumer goods, grooming, or personal care sectors

  • Strong experience in managing multi-channel sales strategies across Southeast Asia

  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, retail dynamics, and distributor networks

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving results, and leading change

  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus
