Corporate Account Manager (Talent Assessment Solutions)
Our client stands as an MNC HR solutions provider, they're hiring a Corporate Account Manager for their talent assessment division.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement action-oriented territory and account plans to engage with both new and existing senior contacts
- Uncover new opportunities aligned with customers' business and talent priorities
- Define and execute a business development action plan for target accounts in the region.
- Transform opportunities into success by creating relevant, outcome-driven proposals and mobilizing internal resources
- Collaborate with the client experience team to ensure the retention and growth of existing contracts
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management/IOPsy or related disciplines
- 5 years' experience in account management/business development, preferably within the talent assessment field
- Candidates with HR SaaS/Tech SaaS experience are welcome
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders
- Good command of English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
