Corporate Account Manager (Talent Assessment Solutions)

Our client stands as an MNC HR solutions provider, they're hiring a Corporate Account Manager for their talent assessment division.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement action-oriented territory and account plans to engage with both new and existing senior contacts
  • Uncover new opportunities aligned with customers' business and talent priorities
  • Define and execute a business development action plan for target accounts in the region.
  • Transform opportunities into success by creating relevant, outcome-driven proposals and mobilizing internal resources
  • Collaborate with the client experience team to ensure the retention and growth of existing contracts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/IOPsy or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in account management/business development, preferably within the talent assessment field
  • Candidates with HR SaaS/Tech SaaS experience are welcome
  • Comfortable managing senior stakeholders
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
