Assistant Procurement Manager (Engineering/ New Headcount)

Our client is a reputable engineering company, they are expanding their central procurement team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement strategy and supplier management for engineering materials/equipment
• Implement process improvements and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers
• Analyze market trends and utilize data analytics for strategic decisions
• Support team head in project implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
• 8+ years procurement experience
• Expertise in category management
• ERP system proficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills
