  • Work with stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans while maintaining accurate compliance records and audit schedules

Candidate profile:

You will bring strong experience in responsible sourcing or social compliance within a complex, international retail or sourcing environment, with proven ability to manage audits and stakeholder relationships.

  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and regulatory functions, within matrix organisations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to deliver accurate outputs under tight timelines
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability in fast-changing environments
