Key Account Manager - Logistics/ 3PL / Freight

A logistics organisation in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, deliver logistics solutions, and drive customer satisfaction across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities:

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and deliver effective logistics solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth
• Design and implement cost-effective logistics solutions for existing and new clients
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to deliver seamless and high-quality logistics services
• Monitor service performance and work closely with operations teams to enhance lead times, resolve escalations, and improve customer satisfaction
• Support additional projects and ad hoc duties assigned by management

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring logistics and supply chain experience, strong relationship management skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Degree holder in Logistics Management, Transportation, Business Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in third-party logistics, records management, local logistics services, or government tenders
• Strong business acumen with proven skills in relationship management, analytical thinking, project management, and customer service
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
