Logistics Manager (Fleet Management)

A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a Logistics Manager specialising in Fleet Management to oversee and optimise daily logistics operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including domestic transport, packing, crating, and installation
• Lead and oversee a team of operational staff, including recruitment, shift planning, task allocation, and performance management
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, art handlers, warehouse operations, transportation partners, and external vendors
• Manage transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle deployment, and workforce scheduling
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across ground and transport functions
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges such as service delays, equipment issues, and customer concerns
• Implement and enhance operational procedures to strengthen service quality, safety, and risk management

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years of experience in ground operations, transportation, logistics, or a related field within a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer‑centric mindset
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holder of a valid QAS Certificate and Security Personnel Permit
