Key Account Manager (Sales, Warehousing Solutions)
Our client stands as an MNC logistics services provider. They're hiring a Key Account Manager for handling business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly evaluate service quality and work alongside operational teams to improve performance in key areas like lead times, customer complaints, and escalations.
- Create and implement logistics strategies that are cost-effective for both existing and potential clients.
- Identify and establish partnerships within the supply chain to deliver effective logistics solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recognize and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 3 years' experience in contract logistics solution (sales & key account functions)
- Operational background is a plus
- Experience in handling FMCG trades (F&B & cosmetics included) is preferred
- Knowledge in cold-chain logistics is desired
- Good command of English & Cantonese
