Marketing Manager (B2B + B2C Beauty/Personal care, All-rounded)

You will take ownership of setting clear marketing business strategies and driving the local affiliate’s success. As well as shaping brand direction, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring that all business objectives and financial KPIs are met across the professional and consumer portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand presence and accelerate business growth. ( B2B + B2C)

  • Implement comprehensive brand management strategies to strengthen brand equity and market value.

  • Lead key marketing decisions to ensure brand consistency and adherence to global guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

  • Managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including pricing and promotional planning

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, marketing, retail, merchandising, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in the beauty / personal care industry, covering either the professional or consumer market.

  • Minimum 8 years in a marketing role, with a proven track record of brand development and market expansion.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
