Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Insurance (6-m contract)
Key responsibilities:
Dashboard Reporting
- Track KPIs, programme performance, and market trends across regions.
- Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards (PowerBI) with drill-down capabilities.
- Partner with teams to deliver data insights and support Group initiatives.
- Lead monthly performance reviews across markets, consolidating insights from internal and external sources for senior stakeholders.
Data Intelligence & Planning
- Generate data-driven, customer-led insights to support business growth.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to drive market share and revenue.
- Advise regional teams and stakeholders, promoting best practices in marketing.
- Oversee marketing spend visibility, consolidating plans, budgets, and aligning with finance.
Process Optimisation
- Ensure data accuracy and improve processes and efficiencies.
- Implement analytical tools/methods to enhance decision-making.
- Manage agency partners to deliver insights, research, and performance analysis.
Digital & Social Performance
- Manage campaign tracking and coordinate with markets and media agencies.
- Oversee social listening tools and vendor relationships.
- Define best practices for social listening, social strategy, and digital SOV.
Candidate profile:
- 8–10+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong exposure to strategy and execution across the Asia region (brand or agency side).
- Proven success leading digital-first marketing initiatives, with the ability to influence market practices in fast-paced, high-growth multinational environments.
- Experience in budget management and marketing spend forecasting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, platform dynamics, content performance, paid media optimisation, and performance measurement, with the ability to translate into market guidance.
- Solid knowledge of emerging AI search engines, answer engines, and AI performance metrics (e.g. visibility, citation quality, share of answers, discoverability).
- Strong analytical capability in performance marketing, including tracking, funnel metrics, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience managing multi-market stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills across varying levels of marketing maturity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with industry knowledge (insurance preferred).
