Regional Director, Marketing & Communications

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing high-impact marketing and communications initiatives across multiple campuses in Asia. The successful candidate will drive brand elevation, student recruitment, and regional visibility through data-driven campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to diverse markets across Asia
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, events, and partnerships to drive enrolment growth
  • Oversee the full student recruitment funnel—from lead generation to conversion and enrolment
  • Guide and mentor local marketing teams across multiple locations, ensuring brand consistency and performance
  • Champion brand identity across all touchpoints, including promotional materials and public-facing content
  • Conduct market research and customer insights to inform strategy and optimize campaign ROI
  • Collaborate closely with admissions and academic teams to align marketing with business objectives
  • Manage budgets and performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement

Ideal Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success in brand building, strategic communications, and student/customer acquisition
  • Strong understanding of China and Asia markets, with experience launching new brands or initiatives
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills
