Brand Manager – Snack / Chocolate / FMCG (9-month Contract)

A global FMCG organisation seeks a Brand Manager to elevate its premium chocolate portfolio through seasonal campaigns and product launches, driving commercial growth in a 9-month contract in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, social, advertising, shopper, and retail channels in line with global brand guidelines to drive brand growth
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams, agencies, media partners, influencers, KOLs, and vendors to deliver seamless end-to-end marketing initiatives
  • Plan and deliver festive campaigns, brand events, and consumer engagement programs in partnership with agencies and influencers to strengthen brand presence and local relevance
  • Drive new product launches end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and effective go-to-market strategies for seasonal and core products tailored to local consumer needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and brand performance, while managing A&P budgets, tracking ROI, and optimising spend to drive commercial outcomes

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline with 5+ years’ experience in FMCG/consumer goods brand management, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end projects from planning to execution, managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working in FMCG environments with exposure to international teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in SAP PO systems and NielsenIQ is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), with a proactive and adaptable mindset and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
