As the Marketing Director, you will be the primary architect of the brand’s growth and the guardian of its identity across all touchpoints. Leading a diverse team of specialists, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and hard-line commercial performance. Your mission is to transform deep consumer insights into craveable menu items, viral campaigns, and sustainable bottom-line growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the multi-year brand and business strategy to drive market share and long-term profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a large, cross-functional marketing department, including brand management, digital, CRM, and creative teams.

  • Own the marketing P&L, ensuring all commercial performance marketing and media spend meets strict ROI and customer acquisition targets.

  • Establish a data-driven culture by utilizing advanced consumer insights, social listening, and ethnographic research to guide business decisions.

  • Direct the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline, overseeing the transition of concepts from the test kitchen to a full-scale commercial launch.

  • Optimize menu engineering and pricing strategies to maximize margins while maintaining consumer value perception.

  • Manage the brand’s public profile through high-level PR, integrated advertising campaigns, and reputation management.

  • Architect strategic partnerships and collaborations that increase cultural relevance and reach new audience demographics.

  • Ensure seamless commercial effectiveness by aligning marketing initiatives with operational capabilities and supply chain logistics.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within the F&B, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering consistent growth in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, including SEO/SEM, loyalty program management, and delivery platform optimization.

  • Strong experience in menu development and the commercialization of food and beverage products.

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, executive-level strategic recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through organizational change and market volatility.

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • A passionate understanding of food trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive F&S landscape.
