Compliance Manager - International Bank

A well-known international bank has an exciting opening for a compliance manager to join their investment banking compliance team.

Successful candidates will have worked on general compliance projects, as well as licensing, surveillance and contributing to strategic implementation of regional compliance processes.

Candidates will also be expected to work on regulatory requests, conduct investigations and monitor project progress. The role will require someone highly analytical and a mindset for critical thinking and problem solving.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years in compliance from international banking

- Proven track record of compliance within an investment banking or global markets division

- Experience of core-compliance practices, surveillance and regulatory compliance

- Previously worked on implementation and execution of multiple compliance projects

- Understanding of automation processes as well as technology

- Very good critical thinking and problem-solving mindset

- Excellent communication and ideally fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
