Key responsibilities:

As Senior Manager - Leadership Development, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of the organisation’s workforce.

  • Lead end-to-end talent management initiatives including high-potential programmes, leadership pipelines for diverse groups such as female leaders and early careers professionals, as well as comprehensive succession planning processes
  • Revamp and enhance structured development programmes such as Management Associate schemes and emerging leader pipelines to strengthen the overall leadership bench strength within the organisation
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across various business units to identify key talent, develop tailored growth plans, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
  • Support the transformation of the learning strategy by leveraging digital platforms like LinkedIn Learning and embedding a culture of continuous professional development at all levels
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Management to redesign learning and development frameworks that meet evolving business needs while promoting inclusivity and knowledge sharing
  • Drive enterprise-wide change management initiatives by launching new cultural programmes that foster organisational maturity in talent development practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing expert guidance on talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership capability building
  • Work hand-in-hand with regional and global HR counterparts to ensure consistency in talent management approaches while adapting best practices for local relevance
  • Provide bilingual communication support in English and Chinese for internal stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration across teams
  • Champion a supportive team environment by contributing your insights to ongoing projects, sharing knowledge generously, and helping build an inclusive workplace

Candidate profile:

To excel as Senior Manager - Leadership Development, your background should reflect significant experience managing complex talent agendas within reputable organisations

  • Possess approximately 10 or more years of experience in human resources with a strong focus on talent management, leadership development, or organisational development within large local conglomerates or multinational companies
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in designing and implementing high-impact talent programmes that drive measurable results for both individuals and organisations
  • Showcase hands-on experience operating effectively within lean team structures while maintaining maturity, independence, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
  • Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across multiple functions at both regional and global levels
  • Bring deep understanding of change management principles along with practical experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance organisational culture
  • Display fluency in English as well as strong proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin for effective bilingual communication with internal stakeholders
  • Have exposure to regional or global HR environments which enables you to adapt best practices for local implementation while maintaining consistency across geographies
  • Come from structured organisations known for their sophisticated HR frameworks where you have contributed towards elevating existing talent strategies through innovation and collaboration
