An organisation is seeking a seasoned Group Talent Acquisition Manager in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert talent guidance and leveraging data insights to support informed hiring decisions. You will play a key role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies that attract high-quality and diverse talent while strengthening both internal and external partnerships.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organisational priorities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing data-backed insights to support workforce planning and hiring decisions
  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment and interview techniques to ensure consistency and fairness
  • Source and engage top-tier talent for critical and senior-level roles, including proactive outreach to passive candidates
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment processes and team efficiency
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and continuously optimise hiring approaches
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices that support diversity and equal opportunity

What you bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within fast-paced sectors such as technology, chemical, or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, including leadership hiring and market mapping
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and managing stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing channels
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Highly organised with solid project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to inclusion and positive candidate experience
