Key responsibilities:
• Identify technology recruitment opportunities by engaging with clients and candidates, focusing on emerging tech trends.
• Build relationships with tech clients to thoroughly understand their technical needs and market trends.
• Manage client roles by creating targeted job ads that attract top tech talent and producing weekly mail shots and head hunting.
• Source, select, and match candidates with specific technical skills, including software development, business analytic, data science, and cybersecurity e.t.c.
• Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are briefed and provided feedback.
• Attend technology conferences and meetups to expand the network of potential clients and tech candidates.

About you:
• To join us as a Recruitment Consultant, your skills and experience should include:

• The ability to build a solid understanding of your clients’ needs and wider industry trends
