Our reputable FMCG client is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive talent programs. This pivotal role will drive initiatives for young talent, management trainees, and future leaders, while also incorporating executive coaching sessions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a vibrant talent culture that motivates and develops future leaders.

About the role

  • Lead a team and spearhead the training & development programs for the entire business
  • Design, plan, implement, and deliver the training programs aims at young professionals, management trainees, and future leaders
  • Support head of human resources and involve executive training and coaching session
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on driving performance management programs, succession planning, leadership development programs
  • Proactively gather feedback and assess potential training needs to meet the expectations of the business
  • Evaluate the feedback and perform data analysis for management used and department review
  • Continuously review the program material and content to ensure it aligns with current market practices

About the person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
  • Master’s degree holder will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years in training and development, preferably candidate coming from sizeable environment
  • Strong ability to design and deliver training and program to employees at all levels
  • Experience in developing training materials and using various methodologies
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
