HR Specialist | All-rounded HR

My client is a leading diversified private enterprise with a strong international presence, headquartered in Hong Kong. They are actively looking for all-rounded HR specialist to join this team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, approval workflows, and guidelines to ensure alignment between Group HR and HR teams across business units.
  • Support full-spectrum HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and lifecycle management.
  • Participate in staff engagement initiatives such as team-building events, CSR programs, and volunteer activities.
  • Maintain and analyze group-level staff cost databases and generate HR cost-related reports.
  • Coordinate with external HR consultants on group-wide HR projects.
  • Provide guidance to local HR teams on HR SOPs, HRIS systems, and general HR inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with overseas HR teams to ensure consistency in HR policies and records, and support the implementation of group-level HR initiatives like annual salary reviews and employee surveys.
  • Handle ad hoc HR assignments and special projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive HR experience in a regional or global role.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities; a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
