A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (South-West Asia) to serve as the primary HR contact and strategic advisor. In this key role, you will leverage your strong business acumen and HR expertise to help drive the company toward its business objectives.
About the Role:
- Serve as the professional HR Business Partner for designated portfolios. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and various business partnering activities to support organisational goals.
- Base in Group level; you will maintain a close relationship with senior top management and partner closely with them to identify workforce needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
- Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across multiple regions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labour laws and international HR policies
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering & HR Generalist, preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies. Ideally with regional/global exposure; especially with strong experiences in handling South West Regions.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Hands-on, Flexible and agile, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and consultative abilities are essential.
- More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior HR Business Partner
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Hindi & French will be an added advantage
- Can support a work visa
