Human Resource Executive

What you'll do:
- Assist with reviewing and implementing human resources processes to enhance the overall employee experience, including onboarding, benefit renewals, and recruitment procedures.
- Coordinate with various teams to plan, organise, and manage regular engagement activities such as townhalls, training sessions, and leadership offsite events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Process and track invoices related to the HR function for timely submission and approval while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support budget tracking efforts by keeping detailed records of expenses and assisting with financial analysis as required by the HR Leadership Team.
- Prepare comprehensive presentation packs, reports, and analyses for review by senior stakeholders within the HR department.
- Aid HR leaders with calendar management by scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and arranging travel plans as needed.
- Organise materials for meetings including presentations and reports to ensure all necessary information is available for effective decision-making.
- Manage expense claims for the HR leadership team by verifying receipts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support ad hoc projects such as employee engagement surveys, recognition programmes, performance reviews, pay planning cycles, or system testing initiatives like HRIS upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to foster a cooperative atmosphere that supports both individual growth and collective success.
What you bring:
- A minimum of two years’ experience working within human resources functions where you have demonstrated reliability in supporting process improvements.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple deadlines across event planning or project coordination responsibilities.
- Experience handling invoices or expense claims with accuracy alongside basic accounting or budget tracking knowledge.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, and Outlook for communication.
- Comfortable navigating HR systems (such as Workday) or expense management tools (like Coupa), demonstrating adaptability with new technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail when dealing with confidential information or financial records ensuring accuracy at all times.
- A collaborative mindset that enables you to work well within teams while also being dependable when working independently on assigned tasks.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills that foster trustful relationships across diverse groups within the organisation.
