One of the industry leading MNC FMCG business is looking for an Asst HR Manager to join their organization.

About the Role:

We are helping an industry leading FMCG business to look for a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and payroll operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Partner closely with the Regional HR Head to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other stakeholders to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Support HR projects, including workforce planning, succession planning, and HR analytics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in MNC environment
  • Strong expertise in handling full spectrum of HR functions with hands on payroll experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and labor regulations.
