What you'll do:
- Serve as a trusted partner to designated business units by providing expert guidance on all aspects of human resources management throughout the employee life cycle.
- Deliver professional HR solutions covering talent acquisition, retention strategies, compensation and benefits administration, performance management processes, training and development initiatives, occupational health and safety compliance, and employee relations matters.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and programmes, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
- Facilitate employee focus groups to gather feedback on workplace experiences; analyse findings to develop actionable plans for enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by identifying training needs and supporting relevant development programmes for employees.
What you bring:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related business discipline is essential for understanding best practices in modern HR environments.
- At least four years of hands-on experience in human resources within sizeable organisations provides you with practical knowledge of complex structures.
- Previous involvement in large-scale recruitment drives is highly desirable as it demonstrates your ability to manage high-volume hiring needs efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are crucial for engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning ensures you stay current with evolving HR trends and contribute fresh perspectives to team discussions.
