What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with departmental leaders and HR practitioners
  • Provide strategic advice regarding organisational and people-related strategies
  • Review manpower planning with department heads
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Handle the employee journey from onboarding through performance management, talent development, and retention management
  • Execute human resources-related projects and initiatives
  • Keep abreast of recent developments in HR practices and statutory requirements
  • Prepare proposals and reports for management review

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 6 years of people management experience in a sizeable organisation
  • 1-2 years at supervisory level
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong business acumen; detail-oriented
  • Excellent project management skills
  • High integrity; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Good command of spoken and written English; fluency in Putonghua
