A leading global organisation is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer for a three-month renewable contract to support HR data collection, employee documentation, and administration across multiple regions.

This role focuses on centralising employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and supporting efficient multi-country HR operations. You will collaborate with international HR teams in a supportive and inclusive environment while contributing to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Human Resources Officer, you will support the centralisation and maintenance of employee records, working closely with regional HR teams to ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and efficient HR administration across multiple countries.

  • Gather and centralise employee documentation, such as CVs, employment contracts, and HR-related correspondence across regions
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to obtain information and provide necessary clarifications
  • Manage and update comprehensive employee overview spreadsheets, capturing key employment details
  • Ensure data accuracy by regularly updating records to reflect changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, or transfers
  • Maintain a well-organised digital filing system with clear naming conventions and version control

Candidate profile:

The successful candidate will bring strong HR administration experience, excellent organisational skills, and a meticulous approach to HR data management within a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or administration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with minimal structure
